Carolyn Jean Vanness May 2, 1937 ~ April 16, 2017 Carolyn Jean Vanness, 79, of Angleton, Texas passed away on April 16, 2017. She was born in Fries, Virginia on May 2, 1937 to Elsie and Baker Roop. She was preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish Carolyn’s memory are her sons; Gregory Robertson and Michael Robertson, daughter; Carole Weaver and husband Jim, grandchildren; Dakota Sebesta, Keaton Sebesta, Payton Robertson, and Michael Robertson Jr.,. As well as her siblings Terry and his wife Gloria and Sandy. She loved animals, cooking, and doing puzzles. She was a very outgoing, fun-loving mother and grandmother. The family will be holding a gathering in Carolyn’s honor at the Angleton Cemetery on May 9, 2017 at 2 p.m.
