Elizabeth Sue Reid, 77, of Angleton, Texas passed away on September 8, 2017. She was born in Tivoli, Texas to Virgil Joseph and Anna Schultz Calcote on October 15, 1939. Her home was always welcome to family and friends. She was a dedicated Dow retiree, loved her Avon customers, was remembered for being Fashionably late, and Loved her coffee. With a heavy yet grateful heart her family members are: daughter Karen Ayers and husband Michael of Houston, TX; daughter Scarlet Sellers and husband Gerald of Angleton, TX; son Allen Reid of Angleton, TX. Sisters Virginia Spitzer of Clarksville, TN; Marie Krause and Fritz of Telferner, TX; Dale Orr of Victoria, TX; brother Redell Calcote and wife Marlee of Victoria, TX; sister-in-law Margaret Calcote of Angleton, TX. Grandchildren Lloyd Ayers and wife Leah of Angleton, TX; Anna Ayers of Corpus Christi, TX; Jovonna Reyes of Freeport, TX; Roshonda Wade of Sweeny, TX; Breanna Fancher and husband Tony of Austin, TX; Kaysie McCormick of Houston, TX; Cally Sellers of Angleton, TX; and Colton Reid of San Francisco, CA. Great grandchildren Kay’La, Draven, Ian, Sophya, Erick Jr, Karly, Blake, Drake, Madison, Logan, Raylee and Tobias. Many nieces and nephews. She went to be with family who preceded her in death: her parents, sister, Fay Ella MacTaggart, brother Virgil Calcote, Jr., nephew, Ricky MacTaggart, niece, Terri Lynn Calcote, brothers-in-law, Dale Spitzer, Kenneth Orr and Richard MacTaggart. For those who wish, donations may be made to St. John Lutheran Church or Northway Baptist Church of Angleton.
