Sarah Ann Vazquez, of Angleton, Texas, went Home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. She was born March 4, 1941 in Cleveland, Texas to Delbert and Margaret Sherfy, and was a resident of Brazoria County for more than 50 years. Ann Vazquez was a devoted and loving wife and mother, a sincere lover of God and family, and one of those rare and beautiful souls who always had a kind, encouraging word regardless of her circumstances. A founding member of the Liverpool Friends Church, she was a woman of unshakable faith; a faith that was rewarded when she heard her Heavenly Father say, “Welcome Home!”. Ann Vazquez is preceded in passing by both her parents, her sister Geneva, her first husband David Colleps, and her second husband Walter Rouse, Sr. She is survived in this life by her loving husband and best friend Agustin Pablo Vazquez, as well as her brother Dan and his wife Barbara. She is further survived by her children, Lei Lani Reyna and her husband John, Brenda Keith and her husband Rodney, Debra Brashear, and Walter Rouse Jr. (Bubba) and his wife Shelley. In addition, she is survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, her loving church family and countless dear friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, at the request of her family, donations in her memory may be sent to the Liverpool Friends Church, P. O. Box 601, Liverpool, Texas, 77515. Funeral services will be at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton. Visitation for family and friends is Sunday, July 23rd from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Her Homegoing celebration will be on Monday July 24th at 10:00 AM, with graveside services to follow at Angleton Cemetery
