Thelma Olano, 90, of Angleton, Texas, passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Anna Sopia Griffin; husband, Harold Olano; son, Allen Olano; grandson, Jeremy Morris; and siblings, Beverly Hernandez and EJ Griffin. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Gail Olano and fiancé, Dennis Carabajal; grandchildren, Josh Morris, Heather Christenbury and husband, Josh; sister, Anna Mae; and a host of other family and dear friends. Thelma was born on February 3, 1930, in Raceland, Louisiana. She enjoyed bowling and spent over 32 years as the secretary for the senior citizens bowling league. Strong in her faith, Thelma was a devout Catholic who shared and lived by His word. She loved her family more than anything, especially her grandchildren, and never passed up the chance to spend time with them. Thelma had a contagious love for life and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A memorial gathering will be held for Thelma at Palms Funeral Home, on Thursday, December 10, 2020, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
