Graveside service for Betty Jean McCaig, 81, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 19, 2013 in Rosehill Cemetery. The Reverend Mark Ely will officiate. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Booth, Michael Booth, Travis Tutle, Tyler Tutle, Cole Tutle, Brandon Trussell, Robert Ross and Cody Ford. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home. Betty Jean McCaig passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013 in Cleburne. She was born Oct. 19, 1931 in Meridian to Walter Flimon and Lena Wylie Hanna Doty. Ms. McCaig worked for 45 years as a beautician in Cleburne. She was a member of College Heights Baptist Church. Survivors include four children, Judy Tutle and husband Gary of Rio Vista, Debra Hadley of Rio Vista, Donna Bruce of Pleaston and Sandra Ford and husband Curtis of Rio Vista; eight grandchildren, Travis, Kelli, Marcy, Michael, Robert, Brandon, Megan and Pvt. Lauren Ford; 16 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lillian Doty of Cleburne; one niece, Shirley; one nephew, Charles; and former husband, James Donald McCaig of Houston. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant sister, one brother, Charles Doty and one daughter, Pamela Jean McCaig.
