Service for Danny L. Lowe, 70, of Grandview, will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 09, 2017 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Truitt Cockrell will officiate. Burial will be in Sand Flat Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Stetson Lowe Young, Hunter Young, Frisco Lowe, Aaron Lowe, Cody Nickell, Morgan Halbert, Tony Lowe and John Schreiber. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Danny L. Lowe passed away on Sunday, November 05, 2017 in Cleburne. He was born November 20, 1946 in Cleburne to Aaron Dewey and Billie Ezell (Thompson) Lowe. He married Nancy Jo Halbert on August 27, 1965 in Joshua. Danny worked as an electrician for Santa Fe Railroad with 28 years of service, shop foreman for 20 years for Heckett Multi-Service and for the past 6 years as a funeral assistant for Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home. He was a member of Living Proof Baptist Church. Danny is survived by his wife of 53 years Nancy Lowe of Grandview; mother Billie Lowe of Cleburne; two children Tony Lowe and wife Sheila of Grandview and Tonya Schreiber and husband John of Covington; four grandchildren Stetson Lowe Young, Frisco Lowe, Hunter Young all of Grandview and Kaitlynn Schreiber of Covington; one great-grandchild Weston Young of Grandview; three brothers Ricky Lowe and wife Vivian of Wichita Falls, Terry Lowe and wife Pam of Burleson and Timmy Lowe and wife Jane of Joshua; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father A.D. Lowe.
