Service for Dolores June Stephens, 89, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 19, 2016 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor Phillip Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Baker- Lain Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7:30 P.M., Monday, at the funeral home. Dolores June Stephens passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Cleburne. She was born June 12, 1927 in Whitesboro to Homer T.F. and Clara Etta Hughes Richardson. She married James Marvin Stephens on July 7, 1946 in Grand Prairie. Mrs. Stephens worked as a real estate agent before retiring and was a member of Pleasant Grove First Assembly of God Church. Survivors include her beloved husband of 70 years, James Marvin Stephens of Cleburne; two children, Carol Robertson Gladney and husband Gerald of Cleburne and Doug Stephens and wife Donna of Allen; eight grandchildren, Wade, Dolores, Sandy, Laura, Valerie, Julie, Paul and Catherine; 14 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Belt and husband Jimmy of Dallas and Shirley Pride of Paige; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Mae Mitchell and Jessie Ballard.
