Graveside service for Don Jackson 96, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 23, 2020 in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne. Pastor Adam Matthew will officiate. Open visitation will be 11:00 A.M.- 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the funeral home. Don Jackson passed away Sunday, September 20, 2020 in Cleburne. He was born July 20, 1924 in Keene to Drew and Olive (Marvin) Jackson. Don married Lucille Briley on June 1, 1946 in Cleburne. Don served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and was a local farmer and rancher. Don is survived by his wife of 74 years, Lucille Jackson of Cleburne; son, Jimmy Jackson and wife Aleksa of Arlington, Virginia; daughter, Darla Bradshaw of Cleburne; sons, John Jackson of Charlottesville, Virginia, Jerry Jackson and wife Rene of Dripping Springs; grandchildren, Jeanie Smith, Patti Johnston, Matt Bradshaw, Geoffrey Jackson and Baron Jackson and numerous great – grandchildren and other family members. Don is preceded in death by his parents and sisters Marvene Ragsdale and Josephine Mosley.
