Services for Donald R. Stowe, 84, of Keene will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014, in the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Chapel. Elder Larry Moore will officiate. Private family interment will be in Keene Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home. Donald R. Stowe, 84, of Keene, died at 5:05 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2014, at the Emery J. Lilge Hospice in Ft. Worth, Texas. He was born Nov. 2, 1929, in Hobart, Okla., to Oscar and Kate Stowe. Don is survived by his loving wife, Marjorie (Yates) of 56 years. They were married June 15, 1958, in Evans Hall on the Southwestern Adventist University campus. He retired from Huguley Hospital after 35 years of service as a radiology technician. He enjoyed tinkering with electronics, geology and minerals in his retirement, as well as spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, William Stowe; sons, Jonathan (wife Lori) and Nathan (wife Jann); six grandchildren, Raleigh (wife Hilary), Nate, Brooks, Calle, Ashley and Danielle; and two great-grandchildren, Tallulah and Evangeline.
