Services for Doris Lynn Wisdom Johnson, 66, of Joshua, will be conducted Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Beverly and Gary Blodgett will officiate. Burial will take place in the Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home. Doris Johnson was born on February 27, 1953 in Hicksville, Ohio to Hollis Homer and Juanita Neldine (Corn) Wisdom. She was a clerk for the government. She married Joel W. Johnson in 1996. Survivors include her husband, Joel W. Johnson of Joshua; sons, Eric Lyn Norred and wife Bobbie of Indiana and Hollis Hamilton Norred and wife Jennifer of Watauga; daughters, Laura Clanton and husband J.C. of Cleburne, and Valarie Fuller of Cleburne; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers, Wayne Wisdom and wife Sondra of Carrollton, David Wisdom of Cleburne, Michael Wisdom, Euless Monroe Moore and James A. Moore, all of Texas; sisters, Peggy Nitterauer and husband Frank of Tennessee, and Sheila Ashford of Texas; and very special cousins, Beverly and Gary Blodgett. She was preceded by her parents; step-father, Euless Moore; sister, Jean Corn; brother, Danny Wisdom; and step-brother, Roy Moore.
