Graveside service for Frances Marie Evans, 87, of Cleburne will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 in Rosehill Cemetery. Dr. Paul Pinyan will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Frances Marie Evans passed away Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015 in Keene. She was born August 17, 1928 in Lone Willow to Fred and Helen Carlock Burgess. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Evans in 1997, her parents; grandson, Christopher Cochran; brother, Jesse Burgess; and sister, Fredda Stanley.

Mrs. Evans worked in manufacturing and was a loving wife, mother, grand-and great grandmother, sister, aunt, and a friend to many. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Rio Vista.

Survivors include her son, Wayne Evans and wife Debbie of Cleburne; granddaughter, Laura Murphy and husband Ryan of Cleburne; great grandchildren, Cason and Kinley Murphy and Kendyl Cochran; sisters, Geraldine Owens of Ft. Worth, Jo Spurlin of Burleson, Linda Hampton of Irving, and Glenda Thomason of Lufkin; and numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
