Graveside service for George G. Gillock, 69, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 5, 2015 in Rosehill Cemetery. The Reverend Eddie Freeman will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-7:30 P.M., Wednesday, at the funeral home. George Gillock passed away Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015 in Cleburne. He was born July 10, 1945 in Ft. Worth to James A., Jr. and Martha Mae Hall Gillock. Mr. Gillock served in the United States National Guard. He and his brother ran the family car business for over 20 years. He took care in keeping each and every car meticulously clean and could often be found with a shammy in hand, shining the cars. His memory will be carried close with those who loved him. Survivors include his loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jim Gillock in 2013. Due to inclemete weather, the graveside service will be held at the funeral home at 2:00 P.M., Thursday.
