George Lee Wise

A visitation for George Lee Wise, 76, of Cleburne will be held from 5-7:00 P.M., Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2015 at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home. Private services will be held at a later date. George Lee Wise passed away Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015 in Ft. Worth. He was born April 25, 1939 in Covington to Ernest and Robbie Coreen Bragg Wise. He married Brenda Kay Flatt on May 29, 1970 in Glen Rose and she preceded him in death on Feb. 9, 2015. Mr. Wise worked at Lennox for 22 years and as a security guard before retiring. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his daughter, Lori Johnson and husband David of Cleburne, George Wise and wife Lisa and Jeff Wise, all of Ft. Worth; grandchildren, Kayla, Kara, and Chloe Johnson; sisters, Laverne Stevens and Wanda Leeth, both of Grandview; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by his parents.
