Graveside service for H.L. Cain, 86, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, March 18, 2013, in the Godley Cemetery. The Rev. John Glover will officiate. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. H.L. Cain passed away Friday, March 15, 2013, in Cleburne. He was born July 20, 1926, in Godley to Herman Lee and Birta Logan Cain. He married Patsy Stewart on Nov. 28, 1946, in Cleburne. Mr. Cain served in the United States Merchant Marines. He was a rural mail carrier with the USPS and a salesman at Forrest Chevrolet for 18 years. He was a member of Field Street Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Patsy Cain of Cleburne; three daughters, Linda Cain and Eddie Gaither of Grapevine, Karen Duckett and husband, Gary, of Cleburne and Gaye Hampton and husband, Harold, of Burleson; three granddaughters, Abby Hanish and husband, Joe, Amy Corallo and husband, Joey, and April Hampton; three grandsons, Douglas Cain Hampton, Brad Gaither and Doug Gaither; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
