Services for Janice A. Bird, 58, of Rio Vista, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 3, 2012 in the Crosier Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. J.D. Wright and Billy Adcox will officiate services. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6-8:00 P.M. Monday, January 2, 2012. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 4, 2012 in Fairlawn Cemetery, Chickasha, Oklahoma. Mrs. Bird passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011 in Cleburne. She was born to Albert Leon and Jelema Juanita Rogers Garrett on February 13, 1953 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Janice worked as a telemarketer for several years. She was a member of North Cleburne Church of Christ. She will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her. Janice was preceded in death by her daughter, Katrina Turner; father, Leon Garrett; brothers, (infant) Alvin Leon Garrett, Jr. and Carl Garrett. Survivors include her husband, James E. Bird of Rio Vista; mother, Jelema Womack and her husband, John of Cleburne; sons, Josh Flurry, Paul Flurry, Lucas Turner and his wife, Sabrina, Gideon Turner and his wife, Angela, all of Cleburne, Cliff Crowe and his wife, Kathy of Marmaduke, Arkansas, Tony Bird and his wife, Glenda of Cleburne, Bill Turner, Jr. and Sam Turner and his wife, Connie, all of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, and James Turner and his wife, Amanda of Mulberry, Arkansas; 22 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Sharon Wright and her husband, J.D. of Cleburne, Patricia Duty and her husband, Steve of Pocasset, Oklahoma, Linda Womack of Cleburne, Ron Womack of California, and Walley Womack and his wife, Janie of Dublin, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
