Service for Jason Rawlings, 44, of Blum, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow in Blum Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, at the funeral home. Jason Rawlings passed away Friday, Jan. 20, 2017 in Ft. Worth after a long and valiant battle with cancer. He was born Feb. 29, 1972 in Ft. Worth to Gerald Gwin and Iris Jean Avery Rawlings. Jason worked as a plumber and was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He was of the Christian faith. Survivors include his mother, Iris Rawlings of Benbrook; sister, Jerri Ellis and husband Michael of Crowley; brother, Kirk Rawlings of Ft. Worth; nephews, Bobby and Billy; niece, Tara; special aunt, Gay Troutman of Ft. Worth; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father.
