Service for Jean Chadwick, 84, of Lake Forest, California will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 17, 2015 in the First United Pentecostal Family Church in Cleburne. The Reverend DeWaun Ashley and the Bishop F.L. Ashley will officiate. Burial will be in Bono Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10-11:00 A.M., Tuesday, at the church, prior to the service. Jean Chadwick passed away Sunday, February 8, 2015 in Mission Viejo, California. She was born October 22, 1930 in Cleburne to George Madison and Guessie D. Bankston Scott. She married Bobbie Earl Chadwick on January 17, 1949 and he preceded her in death on January 12, 2008. Mrs. Chadwick was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal faith. She was a country music lover who enjoyed crocheting, playing bingo, going to the casinos and spending Sundays with her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her children, Linda Freelin and husband Bill and Ken Chadwick and wife Lily; sister, Patricia Chapman and husband Dewey; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents; brother, Hollis Scott; and sister, Ozella Peugh.
