Graveside service for Jimmy D. Beard, 67, of Cleburne will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Friday, Nov. 6, 2015 in Hopewell Cemetery. Chaplain Eddy Carrell will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Thursday, at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home.

Jimmy D. Beard passed away Monday, Nov. 2, 2015 in Cleburne. He was born Feb. 13, 1948 in Sherman to William David and Margaret Beard. He married Carolyn Jane Kelley in Feb. 2012 in Alvarado.

Mr. Beard worked as a machinist at United Aviation Accessories. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and a friend to many. Jimmy will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Beard, of Cleburne; children Jeff Beard of Cleburne, Candyce Sanders and husband Todd of Cleburne, Angel Strotman and husband Jeff of Alvarado, James Ray of Arizona, Sheryl Turner of Lewisville, and Duane Nieswiadomy of Cypress; grandchildren, Steven, Ashlee, Jeremy, Joe, Candyce, Allie, William, Courtney, Nickolas; great grandchildren, Braxton, Asher, and Zoey; siblings, Richard Beard and wife Shirley of Arlington; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Joann Stanley.
