Graveside service for Joyce Blankenship Wolfe, 93, of Pineville, Louisiana formerly of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Friday, July 3, 2020 in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the funeral home. Joyce Blankenship Wolfe passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020 in Pineville, Louisiana. She was born June 27, 1926 in Miami, Oklahoma to Gordon and Eunice (Welch) Blankenship. Joyce married Charles Allen Wolfe, Jr. on March 12, 1945 in Galena, Kansas. Joyce was an executive secretary to the president of Exxon Research with 21 years of service. Joyce is survived by daughter, Dr. Penny Moore-Portier and husband Joseph; grandchildren, Cynthia Kay Prentice and husband John, Patti Kay Caperton and husband Rick and Pamela Kay Crabb; 6 step-grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 8 step-great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; and 8 step-great-great grandchildren. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents and husband Charles Allen Wolfe, Jr. on November 8, 2009.
