Lois Curlee

Service for Lois Majors Curlee, 91, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Friday, May 12, 2017 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Charles E. Payne will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Thursday, at the funeral home. Lois Curlee passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017 in Cleburne. She was born March 26, 1926 in Woodrow, Texas to Wesley Lee and Claudia Renee Elmore Majors. Ms Curlee was a seamstress, retiring from Walls Industries with 44 years of service. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great and great-great grandmother; aunt and a dear friend to many. Lois was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her sons, Jimmy Curlee and wife Dawn of Cleburne, T.D. Curlee and wife Debbie, Don Curlee and wife Andy and Rick Curlee and wife Dee, all of Joshua, Willie Siddall of Cleburne, Joe Waters and wife Jenny of Odessa and John Laschkewitch and wife Carolyn of Midland; 13 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her greatly. She was preceded in death by her parents; former husband, James F. Curlee; daughter, Brenda Lois Siddall; companion, David Eades; great grandson, Tyler Siddall; and three brothers.
