Service for Lois E. Gossett, 92, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Friday, June 2, 2017 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Neale Oliver will officiate. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. No set visitation is scheduled. Lois E. Gossett passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in Ft. Worth. She was born Oct. 11, 1924 in Cleburne to Henry M. Sr. and Annie Ethel Waggoner West. She married Howard D. Gossett and he preceded her in death on Nov. 24, 1981. Mrs. Gossett was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a dear friend to many. She was a member of Henderson St. Baptist Church. Survivors include her beloved children, Billy Bridges of Burleson, Kenneth Gossett of Cleburne, Ronald W. Gossett and wife Janice, Lonnie D. Gossett and wife Jessica and daughter, Betty S. Davis, all of Cleburne; nine grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends who will miss her greatly. She was also preceded in death by her parents and sons, Howard Lane Gossett and Larry Dan Gossett. Memorials may be made to any hospice or to the charity of your choice.
