Service for Martha Frances (Smith) Linch, 78, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 25, 2012 in the Calvary Baptist Church. The Reverend Charles E. Payne will officiate, assisted by the Reverend Eddy Carrell and the Reverend Earl Sides. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Ronald Roye, Shane Roye, Michael Smith, Coty McNatt, Jason McNatt and Jeremy Wiggins. Honorary pallbearers will be Timothy Smith, Paul Smith, Terry Womack, Richard Martinez, Chad Russell, Rick Warner, Trey Styron and Cody Smith. Visitation will be from 3-5:00 P.M., Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Linch passed away Friday, June 22, 2012 in Cleburne. She was born Feb. 9, 1934 in Houston to Paul Ranby, Sr. and Lena Farrah Jones Staples. She married Willie Dale Smith in 1948 and Donald Linch in 1982. Mrs. Linch was an LVN with 50 years service at Johnson County Memorial Hospital and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons, Richard D. Smith and wife, Brenda and Tim Smith and wife, Sandra, all of Cleburne; daughters, Sarah Roye and husband, Gary of Cleburne, Vicki Gilliland and husband, Claude of Cleburne and Judy Lystad and husband, Daniel of Glen Rose; stepchildren, Michael, Randy, Jacqulyn and Amy; 23 grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and one brother, Paul Staples, Jr. and wife, Lorene. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul, Sr. and Lena Staples; husbands, Willie Dale Smith and Donald Linch; brother, Dan Staples; one son, Willie Dale Smith, Jr. and one great granddaughter, Jessie Mareno.
