Graveside service for Mary Sanders, 91, of Burleson will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 27, 2016 in Sand Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home. Mary Sanders passed away Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016 in Cleburne. She was born May 4, 1925 in Mineral Wells to William Jeff and Effie Estelle Gant Barnes. She married Ed Sanders and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Sanders worked as a factory worker until retirement. She was a loving mother, grand and great grandmother, sister, aunt, and a friend to many. Mary will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her children, Mike Sanders and wife Beverly of Blum and Patricia Light of Sand Flat; grandchildren, Jeff Sanders, Travis Sanders, Delaina Doty and Tyler Light; five great grandchildren; brother, T.J. Barnes of Sand Flat; sister, Linda Carol Barnes of Mineral Wells; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, F.G., Speck, Jimmie and Joe Barnes.
