Service for Mary L. Freeman, 84, of Joshua will be conducted at 11:30 A.M., Tuesday, November 25, 2014 in the Crosier-Person Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Earl Sides will officiate. Burial will be in Greenacres Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Larry Smith Jr., Matthew C. Freeman Jr., Nathan Freeman, Christian Bellah, Jordan Bellah and Brance Gann. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, at the funeral home. Mary Freeman passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014 in Cleburne. She was born September 23, 1930 in Three Rivers, Texas to John Henry Sr. and Nancy Irene Greaves McBride. She married Tommy Dan Freeman Sr. on December 16, 1948 in San Antonio and he preceded her in death on August 23, 1975. Mrs. Freeman was a homemaker and also worked for Jo Ann’s Fabric in Cleburne for more than 10 years. She was a member of Joshua Baptist Church. Survivors include her two children, Tommy D. Freeman Jr. and wife Kay of Appleton, WI and Denise Smith and husband Larry Sr. of Burleson; grandchildren, Stephanie Gann and husband Brance, Larry D. Smith Jr. and Wife Tabatha, Melissa Hoegar and husband Preston, Tommy D. Freeman III and Terri, Dakota Freeman, Jacob Freeman and wife Danielle, Mattie Freeman, Matthew C. Freeman and wife Ariane and Nathan Freeman and wife Lacey; 21 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Matthew C. Freeman Sr.; grandchild, Chandra Danielle Freeman; and six brothers and sisters.
