Service for Nelda Faye Vaughan Honea, 82, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 25, 2017 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Charles E. Payne will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, at the funeral home. Nelda Faye Vaughan Honea passed away Friday, April 21, 2017 in Cleburne. She was born August 27, 1934 in Cleburne to William Daniel and Winnie Pearl Hanna Vaughan. She married William Albert Honea on November 20, 1953 in Cleburne and he preceded her in death on January 29, 2010. Mrs. Honea worked as a bookkeeper for Cleburne ISD, retiring in 1996 with 30 years of service. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include her children, Wanda Bandy and husband Earl and William Keith Honea and husband Dave Marriott; grandchildren, Julie Bandy Edmonson and husband Brett and Justin Bandy; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Carl and Hilton and three sisters, Louise, Neoma and Dixie.
