Service for Pamela Jean Childers Mason, 60, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jim Smith, David Finely, Sterling Carlson, Kenny Krichick, Innis Mason, and Martin Roberson. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Pamela Jean Childers Mason passed away Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015 in Cleburne. She was born Nov. 20, 1955 in Temple to J.C. and Elsie Nell Copeland Childers. She married Michael Mason on June 9, 1975 in Cleburne.

Mrs. Mason was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and a friend to many. She was also a teacher and taught for more than 20 years at Cooke Elementary School. She loved her students very much. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Michael Mason of Cleburne; son, Innis Mason and wife Christine of Toronto, Canada; daughter, Erin Smith and husband Jim of Grandview; father, J.C. Childers of Cleburne; brother, Rusty Childers of Liberty Hill; sister, Burchelle Ellis of Burnet; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Elsie Nell Cromeans.
