He was born March 20, 1950 in Hico to Gail Bryant and Ethel Beatrice Pyburn Bullard. <br>Mr. Bullard worked as an aircraft painter at General Dynamics. <br>Survivors include his son, Chad Bullard of Arlington; brother, Bufford Bullard and wife Susan of Cleburne; granddaughter, Haley Bullard; and a number of other relatives and friends. <br>A memorial service will be held at a later date.<br>March 20, 1950 - November 7, 201503/20/195011/07/2015
