Service for Rebecca Torrez Ortegon, 41, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Monday, Nov. 26, 2012 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor Isai Vazquez will officiate. Pallbearers will be Erica Johnston, Sam Ortegon, Eric Ortegon, Josh Lopez, Joel Vasquez Jr. and Robert Ortegon. Burial will be in Bono Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-6 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home. Mrs. Ortegon passed away Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012 in Ft. Worth. She was born Jan. 9, 1971 in King City, Calif. to Marcus and Rita Gallegos Torrez. She married Robert Ortegon on June 4, 1994 in Johnson County. Rebecca was a medical assistant and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband, Robert Ortegon; son, Christopher Ortegon; and stepsons, Eric Ortegon and Andrew Ortegon, all of Cleburne; father Marcus Torrez of Cleburne; brother, Jesus Gallegos of San Antonio; sister, Frances Vazquez and husband Isai of Ft. Worth; nieces, Yadira Lopez, Crystal Vazquez, Valerie Gallegos and Celeste Gallegos; great niece, Adelyn Lopez; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
