Graveside service for Rex "Sexy" Ray Coplin, 59, of Cleburne will be conducted at 9:00 A.M., Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Brazos Point Cemetery in Bosque County. Brother Phil Vaughn will officiate. Pallbearers will be Brad Garey, Jason McMeekin, Coy Miller, Henry Johnson, John Castanuela, and Dustin Jones. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, at the funeral home. Rex Ray Coplin passed away Monday, August 3, 2015 in Cleburne. He was born February 24, 1956 in Cleburne to Elmer Ray and Patsy Ann Hadley Coplin. He married Virginia Lynn Miller on March 19, 1983 in Cleburne. Mr. Coplin was a concrete construction foreman and a member of Faith Temple Church. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Lynn Coplin; children, Christy Kay McClain, Cari Ann Gonzales and husband Johnny, Jessica Rae McMeekin and husband Jason, Ashley LeAnne Garey and husband Brad, and Dustin Ray Coplin, all of Cleburne; grandchildren, Morgan, Charity, Tre, Braydon, Dylan, Mikah. Cody, Ryan, Peyton, Addyson, and Case; siblings, Terri Loudenslager and husband Niles of Bryan, Cathy Crawford and husband Keyo of Cleburne, Tooter Coplin of Brazos Point River Bridge, and Mary Ann Jones and husband Dustin of Cleburne; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Scottie Lee Coplin; and grandparents, Martin and Mary Coplin, and Wilburn and Matilda Hadley.
