Richard Franklin Talley passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020 in Joshua. He was born February 16, 1996 in Cleburne. Richard is survived by his mother Christie Talley Perry and husband Glyn of Cleburne; brother, James Talley of Cleburne; sister Charity Harrel of Abilene; wife Victoria Turner of Joshua; sons, Marshall Talley, Malachi Talley, Marik Talley and grandmother, Martha Talley of Joshua. Richard is preceded in death by father Francisco Navarro. Celebration of Life was held, Saturday, May 23, 2020 in Hulen Park.
