Memorial service for Sarah Horst Belz, 76, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013 in the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Chapel. Pastor Phil Robertson will officiate assisted by Pastor Russ Laughlin. Mrs. Belz passed away Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013 in Ft. Worth. She was born April 20, 1936 in Sanger to Lawrence and Mildred Cowser Horst. She married Ivine James Belz on Dec. 23, 1952 in Gainesville, TX. Mrs. Belz was the owner for 25 years of Sarah's Sample Shop in Keene, Cleburne, Duncanville, Ft. Worth and Desoto. She was a member of Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church. Survivors include her children, Rita Earhart and husband Dennis, James Belz and wife Debbie, Christena Cox and husband Jim; grandchildren, Douglas Mehling, Jason Belz and wife Jennifer, Tony Belz and Gavin Cox; great grandchild, Casey Belz; siblings, Tom Horst, Larry Horst and Verdie Ann Horst-Leath; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
