Private services for Shawn Michael Carver, 53, of Cleburne, will be conducted at a later date. Shawn Carver passed away September 26, 2020 in Fort Worth. He was born January 20, 1967 in Panama to Lloyd and Luisa (Laso) Carver. Mr. Carver was a truck driver. He was of the Christian Faith. Shawn was a strong-willed man with solid thoughts and opinions. He had a big heart and giving spirit. He was talented in looking at things “outside of the box”. His interests include woodworking and was an avid reader. He had recently begun college courses in the I.T. area. Survivors include his spouse since 2001, Linda (Johnson) Mathews; mother, Luisa Carver; stepchildren, Kathryn Doyal and Vicki Doyal; brother, Jim Carver and wife, Laurie; sister, Carmen Duran; 2 nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death was his father, Lloyd Carver. II Timothy 4:7 I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith.
