Thomas LaGow

Graveside service for Thomas "Johnny" LaGow, 80, of Alvarado will be conducted at 12 Noon, Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 in the Bethany Rest Cemetery. Mr. Scott LaGow will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home. Mr. LaGow passed away Friday, Dec. 7, 2012 in Ft. Worth. He was born July 3, 1932 in Waxahachie to Thomas Harvey Sr. and Annie Emily Krause LaGow. He married Dorothy Mae Murray on April 26, 1953 in Alvarado. Mr. LaGow was a self-employed mechanic with more than 40 years service in Alvarado. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy LaGow of Alvarado; daughter, Tereia Plowman of Alvarado; two sons, Johnny LaGow of Cleburne and Ronnie LaGow of Alvarado; and daughter, Terri Hodges of Venus; five grandchildren, Calvin Plowman Jr., Keynan Plowman, Brady LaGow, Scott LaGow and Bruce Hodges; five great grandchildren, Ryann Reed, Bo Plowman, Dee Anna Crum, Kaden LaGow and Alora Hodges; and one sister, Dorothy LaGow of Alvarado. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Elsie Baze.
