William Adam Parker

Mr. William Adam “Billy” Parker, 58, passed away July 11, 2020, at his residence in Yantis. He was born November 4, 1961, in Ft. Worth to Bobby Ray and Lois Anne Adams Parker. William and his wife Sherry were together for forty years, living the last thirty years in Yantis. They were married in Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 24, 1997. Billy was a member of Midway Baptist Church of Yantis. He was an iron worker and a member of the Local 808 in Orlando, Florida. He loved working at Cape Canaveral and Disney World. He enjoyed his cows, hunting, and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert Allen Parker; and sister, Elizabeth Parker. Survivors include his wife, Sherry Parker of Yantis; brother, Duane Stone of Kentucky; two sisters, Pamela Parker and Robin Parker both of Orlando, Florida; in-laws, Autry and Juanita Burgess of Yantis; and numerous other relatives and friends. Sherry would like to give a special thank you to her cousin, Kelly “Rooker” Suttle, for being there through it all and helping take care of “Billy the Kid.” The family will hold services at a later date.
