Daniel Edwin Jones, 62, went home to be with his Lord on September 10, 2012. He was the son of Sheldon and Juanita Jones. Daniel grew up in Morenci, Michigan where he later started a family with Linda Farquhar. For a short time, they lived in Kentwood, Michigan before spending the last 30 years living in the Katy, Texas area. Daniel was preceded in death by his parents and older brother Richard. He is survived by Linda Jones, son Brian (Laura) Jones, daughter Kelly (Darrin) Chippi, and six grandchildren. He is also survived his younger brothers Samuel from Colorado, Joseph and James (Sue) from Michigan and David from Texas. A private memorial gathering will be held in honor of Daniel's life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society. When leaving a condolence message or posting a photo, if prompted, the Access Code is 'obit'.
