KATY, TX. - July 10, 1926 - June 23, 2016 A Time For Mourning And A Time Of Celebration. Emma departed peacefully just prior to a milestone birthday in the loving comfort of her family. Although there is sadness with us for our loss, there is celebration with the knowledge she has rejoined our departed loved ones in Heaven. Our faith is our guiding light which can never be extinguished. We often forget in the evolution of life what our parents have done and still do for us. It is a blessing to be able to give some back. We had this opportunity with mother living with us. In lieu of flowers, donations and such, your greatest tribute to our mom will be how much time and love you can and will return to your parents. Take this opportunity and tell them, support them and truly return the love of the gift of life they unselfishly provided us. Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 2:00pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 114 W Fay St., Edinburg TX with burial immediately following at El Rucio Family Cemetery in Lynn TX
