Ivy Annette Fenn Koehn, 92, was born in Houston, Texas on May 31, 1927 at her home on Campbell Road. She graduated from Lamar High School, attended secretarial school, and worked downtown at the M & M Building (now University of Houston Downtown). She married Emil J. Koehn, Jr. on June 28, 1946 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Spring Branch and had two daughters, Becky and Candy. She was a member of Terrace United Methodist Church for 57 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Charlie Fenn, her brothers C. J. and Herman Fenn, her husband Emil and her daughter Becky Lynn Koehn. She is survived by her daughter, Candy Colette Koehn Grasty and husband William K. “Chase” Grasty, Jr.; grandchildren Jason Grasty and wife Kristen, and Lauren Grasty Buhler and husband Jon; great-grandchildren Helena and Ruby Buhler, and Tavi and Owen Grasty.
