Katherine Leigh Henson passed away peacefully at her home in Houston, Texas on Thursday, August 22, 2019. She was 51. She was born in Huntsville, AL. on February 7, 1968 to Victor K. and Lynda Sue (Cutts) Henson. Katherine attended Grissom High School in Huntsville and finished in 1986. She lived most of her adult life in Houston, Texas, most of which, she worked successfully as managing broker at Commonwealth Financial Services. She loved travel and international travel and she lived a very active life. Katherine is survived by her Mother, Lynda Sue Henson, Sister, Kerri Lynn Henson of Huntsville, Father, Victor Keith Henson, and Step Mother, Patricia Corbin Henson of Spartanburg, S.C. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A private family “celebration of life” will be held in lieu of services. Condolences can be expressed by donations to the Huntsville Humane Society.
