Merrill Mack Buckler, 57, passed away on November 11, 2012 after a brief illness. Macky Buckler was born on May 10, 1955 in Marion Indiana. He is the son Phyllis Butche and the late Jiles Buckler. Macky was an avid sports fan. One could find him on any Saturday or Sunday rooting for his favorite teams the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame and the Houston Texans. Macky was not only a football fan, he also loved the Houston Rockets and the Houston Astros. Macky's favorite pastime was playing shuffleboard and throwing darts with his wife, family and friends. The love of his life was his wife of 24 years Kathleen Givens and their children Katie, Kasie and Keith. Macky had another daughter Mandy. Macky was a devoted grandfather and loved his grandchildren Trey, Hatti, Collin and Maddie. He was a loving brother to his sister Kay Buckler and his brother Benny Buckler. He was known to all of his nieces and nephews as the fav-or-ite Uncle Mack. Mack was a wonderful family man and was very close to his cousins and in-laws. He was affectingly known as Bubby. Macky will be dearly missed by all family and friends. Macky is survived by his wife Kathleen, their children Katie, Kasie, and Keith along with his daughter Mandy. He is also survived by his mother Phyllis Butche, siblings Kay Buckler and Benny Buckler. Mack is also survived by many sister and brothers in laws, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
