Valerie Ann Ghashghai, 55, passed away on April 28, 2017, at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas. Valerie lived a life full of Love. She was the glue to our family that taught everyone to live for the better. Every time she walked into a room, she lit it up with her amazing smile and laugh that everyone enjoyed. If there was anything purple, she made sure to get her hands on it and don’t forget her love for everything Elephants. Valerie was born on March 27, 1962, in Wichita, Kansas to Carol and John “Jack” Schneble (Mimi & Papa). As a young girl, she had an appreciation for the importance of family that she honored for the rest of her life. Valerie remembered her childhood as full of adventures, family gatherings and love. She graduated from Toms River High School, Toms River, NJ and graduated from Stockton State College with an Art Degree. She is proceeded in death by her parents John “Jack” & Carol Schneble, her grandmother Gladys Chadd, Mother-in-law Maman Iran, Brother-in-law Kourosh Ghashghai, and Grandson Easton Lane Benschneider. She is Survived by her husband Dave Ghashghai, Daughter and Son-in-law Katie(Arron) Benschneider. Daughter Alison Ghashghai, Grandsons Bryson Poortmans and Teel Ghashghai. Sister and Brother in Law Whitney(Brian) Norman, Sister Angela Johnson, Sister-in-law and Brother-in-law Parvin(Jalal) Ketabi, Sister-in-law Mehri Ghashghai, Nieces and Nephews Kashy, Jil, Jack, Ashkan, Sanam, Taylon and Dillon. Valerie loved everyone as if they were her own. A private family celebration of Valerie’s life will be held at a later date.
