Patrick Harold Russell, 1972-2018 Patrick was born in Dallas, Texas on January 15,1972 and died at his home in Humble, Texas on September 27, 2018. He obtained a Bachelor’s and two Master’s degrees from the University of North Texas. He served in the Peace Corps in eastern Europe and taught at the School of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic and the Medical School in Chisenau, Moldova. After leaving the Peace Corps, he worked in the foreign exchange office at the University of North Texas. He obtained Texas state teacher certification and taught briefly in public schools. He is survived by his daughter, Robin; his parents William and Elizabeth Russell; two siblings, James Russell and Heather Kushnerick, his extended family and many friends and acquaintances across the globe.
