Adrienne Louise Pool passed suddenly from complications resulting from a pulmonary embolism on March 06, 2016. Her doctors and emergency care givers exhausted all means and their efforts were nothing short of heroic. She was an organ donor and her selfless gift has already saved multiple lives.

Addie is survived by her father, David Feldmeyer; mother, Mary Feldmeyer; her husband, William Pool; her sisters, Kimberly Dillard, Holly Poniatowski, Leah Maness, Amy Hall, Loni Smith, and Jessica Poland; her grandmothers, Joan Landes and Susan Feldmeyer; and countless aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, uncles, and friends. She is predeceased by her mother, Constance Trinkley; her grandmother, Bobbie Burgwardt; and her grandfather Lee Feldmeyer.

Services will start around 12:30pm and conclude around 1:30pm. Lunch will be served directly after the services. We request that everyone who attends come dressed casually as that is the way Addie would want it.
