JEAN ANNELL RISNER TEEL WILCOX, 75, born March 14, 1941 to George and Dorothy Risner in Houston, TX passed away September 18, 2016 under Harbor Hospice in-home care surrounded by her family and care giving friends, Stefie Bullin and Margarita Garza. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, George and Dorothy Risner and her sister Fay Shumway.

She is survived by children Raylene Teel and Joe Don Teel, sister Nancy Thomas, sister Linda Jody and husband Granville, brother Judge George Risner Jr. and wife Bobbie, sister Dorothy McCammon, sister Shirley Beckham and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to the COPD Foundation.
