NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Angela M. Collins Lozano, 45, passed away Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013. Funeral: 3 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Forest Ridge Funeral Home in Hurst. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Forest Ridge Funeral Home. Memorials: A memorial fund has been established in the name of Angela Lozano at any Wells Fargo branch for her sons' education. Angela was born Sept. 25, 1967, in McLeansboro, Ill., to Morris and Lelia Collins. She was employed by the city of North Richland Hills. Angela was active in the CERT Program through the city and was also active in the United Way campaign. Survivors: Sons, Alexander William Lozano and Justin Cody Collins; brothers, Rick Pierce (Anne), Dave Collins (Kelly) and Kevin Collins; sister, Diana Collins (Jerry); four nieces; one great-niece; and many friends.
