WATAUGA -- Annette E. Carruthers, 62, passed away on Friday, June 14, 2013. Funeral: 12 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Forest Ridge Funeral Home. Visitation: 11 am until 12 pm Thursday. Annette enjoyed driving to the lighthouse along the Jersey Shore. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends. YAHTZEE. She was preceded in death by Parents, Maurice & Annette Heichel; Husband, John Carruthers; brothers, Maurice and Edward Heichel & sisters in law, Gladys and Bonnie; sister,Helen Heichel Cruz and great-nephew, Anthony Evans.
