Chuck Kedy, 73, passed away, Thursday, July 24, 2014 Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Forest Ridge Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. in DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway. Visitation: One hour prior to the funeral service. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Legion Children's Programs via Post 379 at hebtxpost379.org. Chuck was a Air Force veteran, retired Bell Helicopter employee and longtime member of the American Legion Post 379. He served in a number of community assistance programs for the needy and underprivileged. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Kedy; mother, Vivian Daniel; and son, Rocky Lynch. Survivors: Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Betty Sue Kedy; sisters, Lelia Barber and Charlotte Tate; sons, Donald "Buster" Lynch and Tim Lynch; daughter, Angela Edgington; as well as nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.Obituary
