Charles Payne peacefully passed away Monday, October 19.2015. Service: 2 p.m. Friday Oct. 23, at Forest Ridge Funeral Home 705 Airport Freeway, Hurst. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park Visitation: 12p.m. to 2 p.m.Friday at the Funeral Home, He was born to Fred and Lela Payne. Youngest of 10 children. Charles was preceded in death by Marsha L. Simpson, Larry E. Simpson and Charlene R. Matlock. Survivors: Spouse, Marjorie Clay Payne; Daughter:Shirley Payne Newton; 9 Granchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grand Child.
