Donald Ray Forman, of Haltom City, Texas passed away peacefully in his sleep Monday morning, December 19th at the age of 69. Don was born December 12, 1947 in Woodward, Oklahoma. He worked his whole adult life as a master plumber & co-owner of Forman Plumbing with his dad and brother. He was a devoted husband, dad, papa and friend. He loved his family with all his heart and they were the lights of his life. Everyone who knew Don was his friend. He was generous and kind and always put others first. He was a happy man and had a laugh that made others laugh too. Don loved his cats and dogs, gardening, cooking, fishing and plumbing. He was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Mary, and brother Gene. He is survived by his wife, Sharon; daughter, Lauren Beach, her husband, Russell, and their 2 daughters, Ruby and Ramona; son, Allen; sister, Loretta Tucker; four nieces and nephews; and many devoted friends. Don's wishes were to be cremated and his ashes spread in the family cemetery in Powderly, TX with his parents and other family members.
