BEDFORD -- Rick Doyle Menix, 58, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012. Memorial service: 3 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel at Forest Ridge Funeral Home in Hurst. Rick was born Jan. 23, 1954, at Florence Nightingale Hospital in Dallas. He believed in his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He attended Trinity High School and worked for many places in the Hurst, Euless and Bedford area. Thanks everyone for their prayers and concerns. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Richard and Opal Kunkel of Waco and Charlie and Elsie Menix of Lamesa. Survivors: Daughters, Amanda Sadler and husband, Justin, Nikki Riedel and husband, Jeff, Sara Robertson and husband, Ben; parents, Charles and Dorothy Menix; brother, Randy and wife, Devona; sister, Sandra Menix; aunt, Faye Massey of Waco; grandchildren, Andrew, Reid, Brody, Josh and Wesley; nephews, Evan, Avery, and Eric; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
