BEDFORD -- Robert (Bob) Anderson, 96, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013. We will be celebrating this wonderful and loving man's life on Saturday, Aug. 10th from 2 to 4 PM at Forest Ridge Funeral Home, 705 Airport Frwy. in Hurst. Bob was born in Chicago, IL on Oct. 16, 1916 to Swedish immigrants, Carl & Anna. He served in the US Army during WWII from 1941-1945. Bob was employed as a purchasing agent for Sinclair, BP and SOHIO. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, his parents and siblings, Dorothy, Bernice, Stanley, Ethel and Eleanor. Survivors: Son, Mark and daughter, Patrecia (PK), daughter in law, Tammy and son in law Tim; five grandchildren, Scott, Brian, Lisa, Robert and Richard and three great-grandchildren, Mason, Hadley and Wyatt.Obituary
